Sacha manages the team, leads the direction of the company and supports clients with management support, recruitment, human resources and management functions.
Michelle brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work across a wide range of HR disciplines, including change management, recruitment and selection, capability and skills development, and leadership coaching.
She holds a degree in History from the University of Lancaster, a foundation that has shaped her belief in the value of learning from the past to inform better decisions for the future..
Based in Whakatu, Nicole is a Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant within our Governance team. She brings extensive experience across government, defence, and technology sectors.
With experience spanning government, defence, and technology, she brings both breadth and depth to her work. Nicole has a knack for creating order out of complexity—bringing clarity, focus, and momentum to leadership teams when it matters most.
Based in Whakatu, Rosie is the engine room behind much of our day-to-day operations, supporting both our team and clients across finance, administration, recruitment coordination, and operational processes.
Highly detail-oriented and quietly efficient, Rosie takes pride in getting the small things right—knowing they make a big difference. Her reliability and care ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Jamie is the Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant on our Governance team. Jamie, of Ngai Tahu descent, recently returned to Nelson from the UK. Her skillsets include providing strategic operations and business support to senior executives. Jamie has developed a deep respect for work in local communities and had honed her attention-to-detail, proactiveness, and communication across broad audiences.
Christina has a property background, sound management and administration experience. Christina enjoys ensuring processes make sense, developing annual planning workstreams to effectively support her clients.
Shann joins our team as our recent graduate. She primary role is to coordinate Toiere, Te Tauihu Maori Business Network. She is also responsible for a range of entry level accounting and administration tasks for a range of clients.
Zoe has a background in administration, and office management. Zoe supports clients from data entry, reporting to general ledger. Working closely with our accounting team. This job requires accuracy and attention to detail.
Laura works with a range of Governance Boards, providing secretariat support and EA support to leadership. Laura brings a background in Executive Support, Administration, and Project Management.
Karen works on our call centre supporting a number of clients requiring virtual booking services. She is a valued member of our clients teams, and customers would not even know that she isn’t located in their office.
Leanne is located in Wanaka and carries out our call centre and phone booking services, she can coordinate your day so that you have a smooth workflow. She is also responsible for all our clients IRD compliance.
Based in Wellington, Fiona is part of our Accounting team, supporting clients with payroll and finance. She combines precision with a practical mindset, ensuring payroll is always delivered accurately and on time.
Fiona enjoys getting to the bottom of complex processes and finding simpler, smarter ways to make things work—bringing clarity and confidence to an area where detail really matters.
Stevie brings over 10 years of experience in financial management, supporting clients to achieve sustainable growth. With a strong focus on enhancing financial processes, accuracy, and efficiency, Stevie empowers clients to streamline operations and drive success. As a former Implementation Accounting Lead and Virtual CFO, Stevie has extensive expertise in managing complex accounting services, facilitating seamless client integrations, and optimising financial systems.
Under our sister company Arewa we have a full project team. Managed by Sacha MacDonald our project team encompasses 6 Iwi Monitors and 1 Coordinator. Arewa works in the Maaori capability, workforce and economic development space.
Sacha manages a range of shared kaupapa Māori projects, predominantly across Iwi related areas in education and te taiao. Sacha conducts business case, and organisational structure reviews, as well as supporting sectors with environmental scans. Sacha also works in Māori capability development, entrepreneurship and is a facilitator of Techstars Start-up weekends.
Shann is our coordinator for the Te Tauihu Māori Business Network. Toiere has been developed by our Arewa project team for the benefit of all Māori across Te Tauihu.
